PROMARK TECHNOLOGIES Private Ltd. is a company incorporated under The Companies Act 1956, by a
group of dedicated technocrats and entrepreneurs for providing client specific,
state-of- the-art, innovative Technology solutions to various foreign and
domestic clients including statutory authorities, Government sector, OEMs and
After Market clients in the transport sector. The company has been focussing on research and product development for Road
Safety solutions; Global Positioning System (GPS) based speed limiters which
indicate the Vehicle position in a central control room, Radio Frequency
Identification (RFID) based accessories such as locks for fuel tanks of
vehicles and access control locks, etc. The Directors of the company are

Although, company is 4 years old,
but the company commenced its commercial operations in the current year only
and in the small period of six months, has achieved a turnover of over Rs. 35
million in the current financial year with a profit of over Rs.
25 million. The state of the art production unit of the company is located in Parwanoo in
PROMARK, in consortium with companies having experience in Transport Sector and Road
safety functions, has been involved from the specific technology development to
Pilot scale trials, industrial scale trials, from initial enquiry to final
product development.
The Company proposes to expand its
geographical area of Business & focus on States with high vehicle
population by working in this niche area of operation and focusing on
contracting large orders for providing end-to-end Road safety solutions for the
transport sector in the country with a strong work force which will provide the
best marketing and software applications required for business.
